Reading up a storm

I loved the Anne of Green Gables miniseries and read parts of this book as a 6th and 7th grader but never read it all the way through. I decided this year I would read it. It was absolutely wonderful and such an endearing book. I think I appreciated it more as an adult than I would have as a preteen even though my friends were reading the Anne books. I couldn’t keep up with them so I just pretended to read all of them. This book was so sweet that I immediately started Anne of Avonlea.
