January 4 – I’m reading this for the book group I’ve started, this is our first book. This has been an excellent book. It’s been a hard book to put down. Not having finished it yet, I still highly recommend this book!
January 5 – I just finished this book. It was absolutely wonderful. The last 250 pages just flew by in a few days. I couldn’t wait to pick this book up any time I could. It’s about a person who is born Calliope, a girl, but grows up to be Cal, a man. It’s about her/his family’s story and how Calliope becomes a man when she grows up. The family story is told over three generations and is very interesting. This is a fabulous book. Definitely a must read!
